Acceptance of Terms

By using WP Vanguard, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

Service Description

WP Vanguard provides WordPress security scanning and malware cleanup services. Our free surface scan checks publicly accessible information only. Deep scans require SSH access provided by you. Cleanup services involve manual intervention by our security team.

Authorized Use

You may only scan websites that you own or have explicit authorization to scan. Unauthorized scanning of third-party websites is prohibited and may violate applicable laws.

Payment Terms

• Deep scans cost $1 per scan, charged via Stripe
• Expert cleanup costs $49 per site, charged via Stripe
• All payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered
• Cleanup will be completed within 24 hours of payment

Limitations

• Scan results are informational and may not detect all vulnerabilities
• We do not guarantee 100% malware detection or removal
• We are not liable for damages arising from scan results or cleanup
• We may rate-limit or block scans that appear abusive

Intellectual Property

WP Vanguard, its logo, and service are owned by WP Vanguard. Scan results belong to the user who initiated the scan.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
