Pay-Per-Use Model

WP Vanguard uses a simple pay-per-use model. There are no subscriptions, no monthly fees, and no commitment. You pay only when you use a service.

Free Credits

Every new account gets:

One free deep scan - use it on any site you add
One free cleanup - if your first scan finds malware, the cleanup is on us

Free credits are applied automatically. You won't be asked for payment until you've used your free credits.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles all payment security and is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

When you initiate a paid scan or cleanup, you'll be redirected to a Stripe checkout page to complete payment. Once payment is confirmed, the service begins automatically.

Transaction History

You can view all your past transactions from the Transactions page in your dashboard. Each entry shows:

Date and time
Service type (scan or cleanup)
Amount charged
Associated site
Payment status

Refund Policy

Scans: If a scan fails to complete due to a technical error on our end, you won't be charged. If a scan completes but you're unsatisfied with the results, contact us and we'll review your case.

Cleanups: If our cleanup doesn't fully resolve the malware issue, we'll re-clean your site at no additional cost. If we're unable to resolve the issue, you'll receive a full refund.

We process refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Currency

All prices are in USD. Stripe handles currency conversion automatically if your card uses a different currency.

Partner API Pricing

For agencies and hosting providers, we offer the Partner API with monthly subscription tiers:

Partner subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and can be canceled anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing period. Learn more in the Partner API documentation.

No Hidden Fees

What you see is what you pay. For individual customers, there are no setup fees, no platform fees, no storage fees, and no fees for adding sites to your dashboard. You only pay when you trigger a scan or request a cleanup.

For partners, your monthly subscription covers all API usage within your tier's limits. Overages are not charged - you'll receive alerts as you approach your quota.
